Initially, the firm's primary focus was property for residential subdivisions, where Ron worked with some of the largest development firms in Houston, Texas. Later, the firm relocated to College Station and eventually to Austin.

Ron's relationships with appraisal companies, knowledgeable attorney’s, engineering firms and others has strengthened the firm's knowledge of City of Austin and other surrounding cities regulations, zoning laws, and many intricate details pertaining to commercial real estate and development. He brings a unique understanding about commercial investment in real estate to his clients which help them to achieve their goals.

Commercial Realty is selected as the exclusive broker to many firms, including a children's dental clinic firm that serves lower income families. Ron has placed this firm in over 45 locations in 20 states.
